Here are a few pictures of what’s been going on in my life as of late.

The place where I walk is next to our small airport, so there are usually a few prop planes in the sky while I walk. It’s fun to watch them land. I think I would freak if I tried to fly a plane.

This dog. Oh, this dog. He and the boy would play hide-and-seek. The boy would go hide and Peanut would go find him. It was the cutest. Peanut knew I was leaving on Sunday so he found his pillow in the living room, plopped down on it, and then miserably stared at the wall. Poor guy.

I asked our server what this one was and he said it is a scallop. Um. Really?! You could have fooled me. Anyway, I tried it and it was…chewy. It’s not my favorite. But, personal taste aside, I’ve always had a great experience at Harumi. The prices are reasonable, the service is great, and the fish is fresh. The ahi. The salmon. The Eternal Sunshine Roll. {it’s a must order, trust me}.

I also got my fingernails cleaned up and buffed but you don’t need to see that. I have found the best place to go for pedicures – they spend forever massaging your calves with hot stones. Bliss, I tell you. And the price is reasonable and the ladies are kind.
So, that was pretty much my weekend.
