The Most Delicious Rice

Seriously. It is fantastic. Barrett and Tasha made this rice, along with pulled pork with mango salsa and corn on the cob for our Fourth of July party. Oh my…heavens. Delicious. Everything was wonderful, as usual, but I have to say…that rice was my favorite. Just look at it. Toasted almonds, green olives, fresh oregano, orange slices…very tasty indeed.
It really is the most delicious rice.

Things are well thank you. It’s just been a very busy 2009 thus far and I’m not entirely sure where all the time goes… Nevertheless, health is good, life is good, work is good and spuds are even better (although that rice does look delicious).
